Claim your card at theidealcard.com/claim and link it to your Ideal Bio profile.
Do I need an app?
No app required. Your profile opens in the browser when someone taps your card.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders ship in 5-7 business days. Rush orders available at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Design & Customization
Can I upload my own design?
Yes. Use the Design Studio to upload your artwork or choose from our templates.
What file formats are accepted?
We accept PDF, PNG, SVG, and AI files at 300 DPI or higher.
